When booking and/or attending courses with Onscreen Pro, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of business. Please read them carefully as they form a legally binding agreement between Onscreen Pro, SceneQ Studios and you as the Attendee.

 


 

It's the Dos and Don'ts

SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE

 

  • LIABILITY OF PARTIES (CONT...)
    6.3: Attendees will be liable to make good on the repair or replacement of any property, equipment or fixtures belonging to SceneQ Studios /Onscreen pro lost, damaged or stolen whilst in their care.

  • ACCESS CARDS
    7.1: Attendees shall be provided with a numbered keycard during course times to allow them to access the inner doors of the facility.

    7.2: Attendees accept full responsibility for the safeguarding of access cards during course activities and the safe return of the cards at the end of each day.

    7.3: The Attendee agrees to pay a sum of £40 for any lost, damaged, stolen or unreturned cards which will have to be cancelled and replaced for security purposes.

  • COPYRIGHT & NON DISCLOSURE
    8.1: The copyright to all recorded / filmed course material shall remain with Onscreen pro / SceneQ Studios in perpetuity unless specifically agreed in writing between all parties.

    8.2: Public course Attendees grant the right to use any such material for the purposes of promotion, either in print, web or television with the proviso that Onscreen Pro nor SceneQ Studios shall seek to portray the subject in a negative manner.

    8.3: Onscreen Pro nor SceneQ Studios shall seek to publish any material from any private company oir entity booking closed, Exclusive training without written prior consent.

    8.4: Attendees shall be granted a licence by Onscreen Pro and SceneQ Studios to use any footage provided to them as part of their course, whether complimentary or for reimbursement for the stated usage rights as detailed with its provision.

    8.5: Attendees shall seek permission in writing from Onscreen Pro and SceneQ Studios where they may wish to use this footage outside of the agreed usage rights.
